Field Sales Executive (ONDC)

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive – ONDC Field Marketing to drive business onboarding and field-level growth.

The selected candidate will visit Hotels, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens and Food Shops, explain the ONDC onboarding process to business owners, assist them with required documentation and coordinate with the team to complete successful onboarding.

The role requires strong communication skills, regular field visits, accurate reporting and a result-oriented approach.

Visit targeted Hotels, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens and Food Shops in the assigned area.

Identify eligible businesses and generate onboarding opportunities.

Explain the ONDC onboarding process, benefits and required documentation to restaurant/business owners.

Complete and coordinate the onboarding process with the internal team.

During the training period, complete a minimum target of 3 restaurant/business onboardings.

After training, achieve the assigned monthly/field target of approximately 10–12 restaurant/business onboardings.

Assist restaurant owners with basic onboarding documentation and process-related guidance.

Coordinate with the support team where a restaurant/business does not yet have MSME registration, as applicable.

Maintain daily activity reports including business visits, onboarding status, photographs and required details.

Keep GPS/location reporting and field photographs active as required by the prescribed reporting system.

Follow up with businesses until the onboarding process is completed.

Maintain professional relationships with restaurant owners, managers and business representatives.

Report field challenges, pending cases and onboarding progress to the concerned team.

Follow all company/Society guidelines regarding data privacy, professional conduct and authorised communication.
